Using my camera to capture and record moments of time provides the details necessary to create a visual narrative of place, which informs my creative artwork and writing. My camera is a sketchbook in which details of texture, color, shape, and movement are collected. My language of imagery calms the chaos of the outside world and provides an opportunity to experience the healing power of art on the human spirit.
